Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in executive administrative and general administrative assistance
- Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in event planning and management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organizational needs
- Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization
- Minimum one year of experience is required
