Position: Telecaller & Back Office Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Requirements:
- 6 months to 5 years of experience.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Experience in E-commerce customer support.
- Ability to handle customer calls, chat support, emails, and queries.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update reports in Excel.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
