Experience: 2+ Years Preferred Domain: Full-Stack Web Development / Training & Mentorship About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate MEAN Stack Trainer/Mentor to conduct practical, industry-oriented training programs for college students in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js, along with proven experience in delivering MEAN Stack training to students or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for helping students move beyond theoretical knowledge by guiding them through real-world MEAN Stack projects, coding practices, deployment, debugging, and development workflows. A key objective of the program is to make students project-ready, industry-ready, and capable of taking up freelance development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive MEAN Stack training to college students through classroom and hands-on sessions. Plan and conduct structured sessions covering MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Provide practical, project-based learning rather than only theoretical instruction. Guide students in developing real-world MEAN Stack projects from requirement gathering and planning to development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Conduct live coding sessions, demonstrations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments. Mentor students in frontend and backend development, database integration, API development, authentication, error handling, and deployment. Teach students how to use Git and GitHub and follow professional software-development workflows. Conduct code reviews and debugging sessions and help students follow clean coding and development best practices. Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate technical guidance and mentorship. Help students build portfolio-ready projects that can be showcased to potential employers and freelance clients. Introduce students to practical freelancing concepts, including understanding client requirements, project estimation, communication, project delivery, and maintaining a professional portfolio. Monitor student progress through assignments, projects, evaluations, and regular feedback. Manage classroom engagement and ensure students actively participate in practical development activities. Coordinate with the academic/training team regarding batch schedules, curriculum, student progress, and project outcomes. Required Technical Skills The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of: MongoDB Express.js Angular Node.js JavaScript & TypeScript HTML5 & CSS3 RESTful API development API integration Authentication & Authorization Git & GitHub Database design and integration Debugging and troubleshooting Application deployment Responsive web development Modern frontend and backend development practices Project-Based Training The trainer will be expected to guide students in developing end-to-end MEAN Stack projects, such as: E-commerce applications Student/College Management Systems Job/Internship Portals Learning Management Systems CRM applications Task/Project Management Systems Booking applications Business dashboards Real-time web applications Other industry-relevant full-stack applications The focus should be on helping students understand the complete development lifecycle, including planning, UI development, API creation, database integration, authentication, testing, debugging, Git/GitHub, deployment, and project documentation. Required
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in MEAN Stack development, training, mentoring, or a combination of these. Prior experience in MEAN Stack training is mandatory/preferred, particularly experience training college students or freshers. Strong hands-on experience in developing real-world MEAN Stack projects. Previous experience as a MEAN Stack Trainer, Technical Trainer, Full-Stack Developer, Mentor, Instructor, or Senior Developer will be highly valued. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner. Strong mentoring and problem-solving abilities. Willingness and ability to work on-site in Greater Noida. Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who are not only technically strong but also have a passion for teaching and mentoring. Candidates with experience in MEAN Stack training + real-world project development + student mentoring + freelancing/project guidance will be given preference.
Key Objective : The primary objective of this role is to train and mentor college students in MEAN Stack development and enable them to independently build real-world projects, create strong portfolios, become industry-ready, and develop the skills required to pursue freelance development opportunities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
