Position – Officer (Loading & Unloading)
Job Location:- Ambernath (Pickup & Drop from Ambernath Station)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inward Material Handling:
- Supervise the receipt of incoming materials and verify the quantities against delivery documents.
- Inspect inward materials for damage, discrepancies, or shortages.
- Draw samples from incoming materials as per company or QC department guidelines.
- Ensure that all samples are labeled correctly (batch number, date, supplier, material code, etc.).
- Deliver samples to the Quality Control/Testing department and maintain sample records.
- Coordinate with the QC team to obtain clearance for incoming materials before they are stored or used in production.
2. Packing Operations:
- Oversee packing processes to ensure products are packed safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate labeling of packed goods, including product name, batch number, quantity, and destination.
- Maintain an adequate stock of packing materials and report any shortages promptly.
- Monitor packing performance, ensuring all operations meet company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
3. Loading and Unloading Supervision:
- Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Ensure proper stacking, securing, and arrangement of goods during loading to prevent damage.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery challans, invoices, and shipment documents against physical goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all movement of goods, ensuring system or logbook entries are up-to-date.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
