Key Responsibilities
- Assist CGHS beneficiaries with registration and appointment scheduling
- Verify CGHS cards, entitlement status, and supporting documents
- Guide patients regarding referral requirements and approval procedures
- Coordinate between patients, dentists, and administrative staff for smooth treatment flow
Treatment Plan Coordination
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and visit schedules as advised by the dentist
- Coordinate investigations, specialist consultations, and follow-up visits
- Ensure patients understand prescribed treatment sequences and required documentation
CGHS Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain treatment records as per CGHS norms
- Coordinate submission of estimates, approvals, and supporting documents
- Maintain records of sanctions, permissions, and treatment completion reports
- Ensure proper filing of consent forms, prescriptions, radiographs, and bills
- Assist in preparation of claim documents and audit-ready files
Appointment & Follow-Up Management
- Schedule treatment appointments efficiently
- Coordinate multiple sittings for prosthodontic, implant, orthodontic, oral surgery, or specialty treatments
- Follow up with patients regarding pending approvals and continuation of treatment
- Reduce appointment delays and missed visits through reminders
Billing & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with billing staff for CGHS package documentation and claims
- Ensure treatment entries match approved procedures and documentation
- Maintain records of pending claims and payment status
- Support reconciliation of treatment records and submitted bills
Communication & Patient Support
- Address patient queries politely and professionally
- Handle grievances and escalate clinical concerns to dentists when required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and clinic documentation
- Ensure patient satisfaction and professional conduct at all times
Coordination with Clinical Team
- Work closely with dentists, specialists, and assistants
- Coordinate laboratory work, prosthesis timelines, and delivery schedules
- Maintain communication regarding treatment progress and patient compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
