Job Summary:
The Sales MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to support business decisions. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, distributors, depots, and C&F agents to ensure accurate and timely sales data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), and Monthly Sales Reports (MSR).
- Generate sales performance reports by Region, State, Salesperson, Distributor, SKU, and Product Category.
- Prepare Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Sales Reports.
- Maintain Sales Dashboards and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Generate Target vs. Achievement reports for Sales Officers, ASMs, RSMs, and Distributors.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Summaries, Trend Analysis, and Performance Reports.
- Maintain and update the Sales Database with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales Officers, ASMs, RSMs, C&F Agents, Depots, and Distributors for timely submission of sales data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Support management with analytical reports for decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF Functions, Charts, Power Query, Basic Macros).
- Strong Data Analysis and MIS Reporting Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills.
- Knowledge of Sales Reporting and Dashboard Preparation.
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- ERP Knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
- 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales MIS, Data Analysis, or Sales Reporting.
- Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000/- per Month (Based on Experience & Skills)
