We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to engage with clients, explain our software products, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain and present the company’s software products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product discussions, updates, and support.
- Follow up with clients and assist them during the product evaluation process.
