Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
- Assist clients in understanding and using AI-based tools and applications.
- Resolve client issues, troubleshoot basic technical concerns, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Provide product demonstrations and user guidance as needed.
- Track, document, and maintain records of client interactions and support tickets.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and industry developments.
- Support project coordination and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
