Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various HR activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and HR operations while working closely with the HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Reporting to hr exicutive
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Update employee databases and attendance records.
- Support HR compliance and documentation activities.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and help prepare reports.
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related data.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
