Crazy Pencilz Studio is a creative visualization studio specializing in high-quality 3D architectural visualization, product visualization, and immersive digital experiences. We are looking for passionate and creative 3D Modeling Artists to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D architectural models for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Develop accurate interior and exterior environments, buildings, furniture, props, and architectural elements.
- Work from architectural drawings, plans, elevations, CAD files, and reference images.
- Handle modeling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering.
- Create realistic architectural renders and visualizations.
- Ensure proper scale, proportions, dimensions, and architectural detailing.
- Optimize models and assets while maintaining visual quality.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions within project deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and follow production standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural modeling and visualization.
- Good understanding of architecture, interiors, materials, lighting, and spatial design.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, D5 Render, Unreal Engine, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Good attention to detail and sense of composition.
- Ability to convert architectural concepts and drawings into high-quality 3D visuals.
- Knowledge of post-production tools such as Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Visual Effects, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates with an architectural background and strong 3D visualization portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz).
- Experience working on interior and exterior visualization projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating architectural 3D work.
