Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment
Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + Performance Bonus up to ₹10,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure achievement of monthly onboarding targets
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
