Job Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and English Literature to ICSE and ISC students.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the ICSE/ISC curriculum.
- Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching and assessment strategies.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
- Coach and mentor students in debate, public speaking, elocution, and other literary activities.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in English is preferred.
- 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Familiarity with ICSE/ISC curriculum is desirable but not mandatory.
