Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to support our founder directly. This is a full-time, office-based role in Guwahati. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-moving professional environment — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication — calls, emails, WhatsApp, and correspondence
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks: client follow-ups, property documentation, MIS updates, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners on behalf of the founder
- Support social media coordination — content scheduling reminders, caption drafting, coordination with content teams across Instagram channels
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as required
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and personal matters at all times
- Assist in podcast coordination and influencer-related scheduling tasks
- Run errands and manage day-to-day office operations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Assamese is an added advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with a real estate firm, consultant, or entrepreneur
- Knowledge of real estate terminology or retail/commercial leasing is a plus
- Experience in content coordination or social media support
