Front Office Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Visitor & Student Management – Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Call & Enquiry Handling – Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries, and provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and services.
- Appointment & Coordination – Schedule counselling sessions, interviews, and meetings while coordinating with counsellors, management, and other departments.
- Documentation & Record Management – Maintain enquiry records, student databases, CRM updates, reports, and admission-related documents accurately.
- Administrative & Front Office Operations – Ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations, maintain a professional reception area, and support organizational activities and events.
Core Skills: Communication, customer service, multitasking, coordination, record-keeping, computer proficiency, and professional etiquette.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
