About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or pre-primary setting and possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, arts & crafts, and interactive learning sessions.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain records.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Montessori, NTT, D.El.Ed., or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pre-Primary/Preschool environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital learning tools.
