Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, agile Video Editor & Content Creator to handle end-to-end visual production. You will manage both sides of the camera—from shooting podcasts and reels to executing high-retention edits and motion graphics for YouTube, Instagram, and paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Production: Edit high-retention long-form (Podcasts, YouTube) and fast-paced short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
Visual Enhancements: Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, sound design, and color grading to maximize audience retention.
On-Site Production: Handle multi-camera setups, studio lighting, and audio recording for podcast and reel shoots.
Collaboration: Brainstorm viral hooks, trends, and creative concepts with the marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience editing and shooting digital content.
Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Gear Handling: Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, audio gear, and studio lighting.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio or show reel (Reels, Ads, or YouTube videos) is mandatory.
