Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8–10 Years
Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape design from concept to execution.
- Prepare master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor site execution, quality, timelines, and design compliance.
- Review material samples, shop drawings, and landscape documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in landscape design, hardscape, softscape, planting, irrigation, and outdoor lighting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion.
- Ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in real estate, residential, commercial, township, or hospitality projects.
