Key Responsibilities:
Configure and build Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and Billing components based on designs from the Architect and Product & Technology stakeholders.
Build and maintain product catalog, pricing, product bundles, product rules, price rules, quote templates, approval flows, and discounting structures.
Develop automation (Flow, Apex, and RCA-native configuration) to support guided selling, approvals, and quote-to-order processes.
Implement subscription and recurring revenue configurations, including usage-based products, amendments, and renewals, per architected designs.
Build and support billing and invoicing configurations — whether via Salesforce Billing or third-party platforms — covering payment schedules, tax handling, and collections.
Develop and maintain integrations between Revenue Cloud, ERP, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
Write and execute unit and integration tests to validate CPQ/Billing configuration and automation before deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects across CPQ, Billing, and integration components during implementation, hypercare, and steady-state support.
Support Flosum/CI-CD-based deployment practices, including packaging, environment promotion, and release documentation.
Document configuration details and contribute to runbooks so the broader team can support and extend the build.
Participate in code/configuration reviews and knowledge-sharing within the development pod.
Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation enhancements across migrating brands, working within 5x pod delivery model.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce development/configuration experience, including hands-on work in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing.
Solid experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, quote templates, and approval processes in CPQ.
Working knowledge of subscription billing concepts — invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, amendments, and renewals.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Apex development.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
Experience building or supporting integrations with ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
Familiarity with Agentforce and interest in applying AI-driven automation within the quote-to-cash process.
Comfortable working within a multi-brand, multi-org consolidation program and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional pods.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain configuration decisions clearly
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
