Job Summary
Safar On Holidays is hiring an International Flight Reservation Executive to assist customers with international flight bookings and travel planning. We encourage freshers who are eager to build a career in the travel industry to apply. Candidates with prior experience in international ticketing or GDS systems will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international flight reservations and ticketing.
- Book one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries.
- Provide fare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Process cancellations, refunds, reissues, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
- Guide customers regarding baggage policies, transit requirements, and airline regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in international ticketing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
