A well-established UK-based travel and tourism company is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel & Ticketing Specialist to join its growing team at the Cochin office.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in travel reservations and international airline ticketing.
Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
Good knowledge of ticket issuance, reissues, refunds and fare rules.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work UK business hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
