Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bawana for a Mould Maker. The Mould Maker will be responsible for crafting and assembling high-precision moulds, operating and maintaining manual machining tools, and executing tooling maintenance and repair tasks. The role also involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring the accuracy of finished products, and working collaboratively in teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
- Operate machining equipment such as milling machines, grinders, and lathes
- Perform fitting, finishing, polishing, and maintenance of moulds and dies
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot tooling and manufacturing issues
- Maintain workplace safety and proper equipment handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience required
- Proficiency in Mould Making, including assembling, repairing, and maintaining tools
- Experience with manual machining, and precision tooling operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of materials, machining techniques, and surface finishing processes
- Experience in custom Die and Mould manufacturing is a plus
- Minimum technical or vocational certification or diploma in Tool and Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or tooling industry is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
