Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Franchise Manager to expand and manage our franchise network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, onboarding them, and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target markets.
- Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and operational standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to franchisees.
- Monitor franchise performance and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of franchise operations Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities (domestic and international).
- Handle agreements, documentation, and negotiations with franchise partners Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
