Patient Management
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Guide patients through treatment plans, procedure details, and pre/post-operative instructions.
- Maintain regular communication with patients before and after procedures.
Consultation Coordination
- Assist doctors and consultants during patient consultations.
- Collect and maintain patient records, photographs, and medical documentation.
- Explain treatment packages, pricing, and payment options to prospective patients.
- Follow up with leads and consultation patients to support treatment conversion.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic databases.
- Prepare consent forms and other required documentation.
- Coordinate appointment calendars for doctors and clinical staff.
- Ensure patient files are complete and updated.
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients and ensure a positive clinic experience.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Sales & Follow-Up
- Follow up on consultation leads and treatment inquiries.
- Support achievement of clinic conversion and patient retention goals.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and referral programs when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
