Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who has worked on marketplaces such as Amazon and Myntra.
The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of marketplace operations and should be able to independently handle seller accounts, product listings, inventory, orders, account health, returns, payments, and performance reports.
The candidate must understand the complete e-commerce process and should be capable of identifying and resolving account-related and operational issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and other marketplace accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, keywords, and images.
- Upload products individually and through bulk listing sheets.
- Monitor daily orders, inventory, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling or out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor account health, seller ratings, order defect rate, late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, and other performance metrics.
- Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, inactive products, catalog issues, and account-related cases.
- Raise support tickets and coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
- Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, cataloguing, and accounts teams.
- Monitor payments, deductions, commissions, penalties, claims, and marketplace settlements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyse sales data and suggest improvements to increase visibility, conversions, and orders.
- Handle returns, reimbursements, customer claims, and marketplace disputes.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within marketplace timelines.
- Maintain complete records of listings, orders, returns, payments, and account performance.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Strong understanding of marketplace account management and e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of product listing, cataloguing, inventory management, order processing, and account health.
- Understanding of marketplace commissions, settlements, deductions, penalties, and payment reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Amazon performance metrics, returns, refunds, claims, and reimbursements.
- Ability to resolve listing, cataloguing, inventory, and account-related issues.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts independently.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads or marketplace advertising will be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant marketplace experience is preferred.
- Candidate must have practical experience handling Amazon or Myntra accounts.
- Candidate should understand the complete e-commerce process, from product listing to order delivery and payment settlement.
- Candidate must be comfortable working full-time from the Noida office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
