Milky Haven India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Operation Manager to join our team in Puducherry.

Eligibility
- Only residents of Puducherry are eligible to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to coordinate daily operations and manage records.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or dairy/FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and field staff.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
- Support management in planning and process improvement.
