Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure, including Prisma Access, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The role focuses on incident handling, troubleshooting, configuration support, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incident Management & Troubleshooting Handle critical incidents and escalations. Troubleshoot: User access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms) Application/website access issues DNS, latency, and connectivity problems Analyze logs using: Panorama (Palo Alto) Zscaler dashboards (ZIA/ZPA) Perform packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump) 2. SASE Platform Operations Provide operational support for: Prisma Access (Mobile Users, Remote Networks, Service Connections) Zscaler (ZIA – Internet Access, ZPA – Private Access) Troubleshoot: GlobalProtect VPN issues Zscaler Client Connector issues Monitor tunnel status (IPsec/GRE) and user traffic flow Tunnel failures (IPsec/GRE) Authentication and SSO issues 3. Firewall Administration Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs: Security policies NAT rules URL filtering policies Support: App-ID and User-ID based policies SSL Decryption troubleshooting Monitor firewall health and logs
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with: Prisma Access Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA ) Palo Alto Networks firewalls Strong understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN) Proxy concepts (PAC file, explicit proxy) Experience in: Log analysis Policy-based troubleshooting User access issue resolution
