Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Generate leads for home loans through:
- Builders / real estate agents
- Direct marketing
- Referrals and networking
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Handling
- Understand customer requirements (budget, property type, income)
- Explain home loan products, interest rates, EMI options
- Guide customers through loan application process
3. Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives / telecallers
- Assign targets and track performance
- Provide training and motivation to the team
4. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with:
- Builders
- Property dealers
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat/referral business
5. Documentation & Process
- Ensure proper collection of documents (KYC, income proof, property papers)
- Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan approval
- Ensure quick disbursement of loans

Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in:
- Banking / NBFC / Insurance / Real Estate sales
- Typically 1–5 years of sales experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
