We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team for our Personal Loan division.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
* Convert qualified leads into successful applications
* Maintain accurate customer and call records
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of English + Tamil / kannada and Telugu
* Freshers are welcome to apply
* Qualification - 12th pass or any degree
* Ability to work with targets and follow-ups
