We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services while working with a diverse range of clients across age groups and presenting concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and case formulations.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when required.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical practice.
Eligibility Criteria
Must hold a valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration/license as a Clinical Psychologist.
Qualification requirements:
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized), or
- Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PDCP) / equivalent RCI-recognized postgraduate diploma leading to RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist (Associate).
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of professional experience in counseling and psychotherapy.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Candidates who are newly qualified and RCI licensed will be considered; compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
Compensation
- For experienced candidates, compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
- Freshers may be offered a different salary structure based on experience and skill level.
