As part of our expansion in the Frozen Foods Division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and control production operations for the Frozen Division to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and quality assurance standards.
- Manage workforce scheduling, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, yield reports, wastage analysis, and downtime logs.
- Train and develop production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
Work Place:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Frozen Foods Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
