Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic renders and walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models based on architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Create realistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Produce architectural walkthrough animations and presentation videos.
- Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers to understand project requirements.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and design proposals.
- Apply appropriate lighting, textures, materials, landscaping, and furniture to enhance visual quality.
- Modify and revise 3D models based on client and management feedback.
- Ensure all renderings meet company quality standards and project timelines.
- Maintain an organized library of 3D models, textures, materials, and project files.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure visualization aligns with construction drawings and specifications.

Educational Qualification
