Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Generate export leads through online platforms, trade portals, trade shows, and
digital campaigns.
Communicate with international buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing
List, and coordinate Bill of Lading with shipping companies.
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for on-time order
fulfillment.
Track orders from sampling stage to final shipment.
Follow up with internal teams for production status and shipment schedules.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with buyers.
Work with the digital marketing team to support region-specific marketing
campaigns and analyze market trends.
Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, customs documentation, and
international trade policies.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Prepare periodic sales reports, order status reports, and market performance
reports.
Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, shipments, and buyer communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
