The employee is responsible for driving sales and generating leads by communicating with prospective and existing customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities.
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads to promote company products or services and generate sales.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing questions, grievances, and service-related uncertainties.
- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and qualify leads for the senior sales team.
- Follow-ups: Schedule regular follow-up calls with prospective clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and closed sales.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
