Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, creative, and commercially minded Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and manage influencer and creator campaigns across social media platforms. The role is responsible for identifying suitable creators, building long-term partnerships, coordinating campaign execution, managing budgets, and measuring performance against brand and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate understands creator culture, social media trends, audience behaviour, and how influencer content can support brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, campaign, and revenue objectives.
- Identify, assess, and recruit influencers and content creators whose audiences, values, and content styles fit the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and creator networks.
- Manage campaigns from initial concept through outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, launch, and reporting.
- Prepare clear campaign briefs covering messaging, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, disclosure requirements, and creative expectations.
- Negotiate influencer fees, contracts, content usage rights, exclusivity terms, and campaign deliverables.
- Coordinate product gifting, seeding, affiliate, ambassador, and paid creator programmes.
- Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and advertising disclosure rules.
- Monitor campaign delivery and resolve delays, content issues, or contractual concerns.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, sales, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
- Produce campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future activity.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, invoices, payment schedules, and campaign forecasts.
- Work closely with social media, brand, public relations, e-commerce, paid media, creative, and legal teams.
- Monitor platform developments, creator trends, emerging talent, competitor activity, and changes in audience behaviour.
- Maintain an accurate influencer database and record of previous partnerships and performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, and emerging social channels.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning through to performance reporting.
- Strong communication, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to evaluate creator quality, audience relevance, engagement authenticity, and brand suitability.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and influencer marketing metrics.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and creative briefing skills.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to connect campaign performance to business results.
- High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts, content, and campaign deliverables.
- Familiarity with advertising disclosure requirements and responsible influencer marketing practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, media, or a related subject.
- Experience with influencer discovery, affiliate, social listening, or campaign-management platforms.
- Experience managing paid partnerships, affiliate programmes, or creator-generated advertising content.
- Knowledge of paid social media and content usage or licensing rights.
- Experience working with agencies, talent managers, or international creators.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,926.74 per month
