About the Role
Orbitol Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Mold & Die Manufacturing segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships across the Automobile, Defence, Electrical Meter, Aerospace, Consumer Durables, and Engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Automobile, Defence, Electrical Meter, Electronics, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
- Generate enquiries for molds, dies, precision components, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and engineering solutions.
- Visit potential customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, tool room, production, and quality teams for quotation preparation and project execution.
- Follow up on RFQs, quotations, samples, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, molds, dies, tooling, CNC, VMC, EDM, and precision machining.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA (Marketing) with B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related field.
- Experience in industrial sales, tooling sales, mold manufacturing, precision engineering, or capital equipment sales.
- Existing network in Automobile, Defence, Electrical Meter, or Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
