Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. As the first point of contact for potential candidates, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and scaling our technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate must be a stellar communicator with a passion for talent acquisition and the drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring pipeline, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
● Sourcing Strategy: Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, social media, and professional networks to identify top talent.
● Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic and video screening rounds to assess candidates' communication skills, technical relevance, cultural fit, and salary alignment.
● Interview Coordination: Closely coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to schedule technical rounds and facilitate feedback loops.
● Offer Management: Handle the post-interview process, including background reference checks, salary negotiation, offer letter issuance, and keeping candidates engaged until their joining date.
● Database Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and updated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal trackers for weekly recruitment reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to pitch the company effectively and handle difficult conversations professionally.
● Experience: 0-2 years of proven experience working as an HR Recruiter (experience hiring technical roles like Linux Admins or Developers is a major plus).
● Tools: Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office (Excel/Word), and basic ATS platforms.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
● Flexibility: Must be fully comfortable with a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
