Are you a forward-thinking Developmental Pediatrician passionate about digital health and global impact? We are building a pioneering, multidisciplinary online platform dedicated to children with unaddressed developmental disorders worldwide.
We are seeking a Clinical Protocol Architect to design our end-to-end clinical frameworks. In this role, you will not just see patients; you will build the standardized clinical blueprints that our global team of therapists, psychologists, and parents will use every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Intake & Assessment Frameworks: Build standardized, remote-friendly screening and diagnostic protocols for developmental disorders (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy).
- Develop Care Path Blueprints: Map out multidisciplinary therapy workflows connecting medical psychological, speech, and occupational therapies.
- Create Progress Tracking Systems: Establish objective, measurable KPIs and tracking mechanisms to monitor child development over time.
- Formulate Home Programs: Design structured, parent-led intervention guidelines to empower families between live sessions.
- Provide Clinical Oversight: Serve as the clinical anchor, ensuring all online practices align with international telehealth standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MD or DCH with a completed fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
- Licensure: Active medical license and board certification/eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience diagnosing and managing developmental disorders.
- Tech Savvy: Strong comfort level with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical writing skills, structural thinking, and passion for Children & parental empowerment.
- Bonus: Prior experience in developing clinical guidelines, protocols, or digital health applications.
