- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow platforms to maintain optimal performance.
- Familiarity with best practices in IT service management and continuous service improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
