● Role: Full-Time
| Individual Contributor | Field Role (Travel Involved)
● Schedule: Mon–Sat, 11 AM–8 PM | Sunday Off
● CTC: 10 LPA {8 LPA - Fixed+2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance}
● Locations: Delhi NCR
About the Role Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
● Enroll students into free trial batches
● Convert free users into paid subscribers
● Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups Required Skills & Qualifications
● Good English communication; background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred
● Open to regular field work (schools, events) with own 2-wheeler
● Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
