Job Summary:
We are looking for a Structural Work Supervisor to oversee and manage structural construction activities at the site. The candidate will ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all structural works including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Check reinforcement, formwork, alignment, levels, and cover before concreting.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records/reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Identify and report any deviations or site issues to senior engineers.
- Manage material usage and minimize wastage.
- Assist in inspections by clients or third-party agencies.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of structural drawings and RCC work.
- Understanding of construction methods and site practices.
- Strong supervision and team handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant field experience
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/structural work preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
