VACANCY – EXPERIENCED SPEECH THERAPIST

Autism Alliance is a multicity, multicentre initiative focused on providing structured, collaborative, and parent-inclusive intervention for children with neurodevelopmental and special needs. As we continue expanding into multiple cities, we are looking for an experienced and committed Speech Therapist to join our team.

- Faridabad – Sector 15A
- Delhi – East of Kailash
- Ludhiana – Model Town
No. of Vacancies: 1 at each location
Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹85,000 per month (along with gratuity benefits)
Higher remuneration may be considered for exceptionally deserving and experienced candidates.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BASLP / MASLP (RCI Registered)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is essential/preferred.
- Experience in assessment and intervention for children with speech, language, communication and developmental difficulties.
- Competency in conducting detailed speech, language and communication assessments and preparing structured clinical reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured Speech and Language Therapy sessions for children with developmental and special needs.
- Assess and address areas including receptive and expressive language, speech development, articulation, communication skills, social communication, functional communication and pragmatic language.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention goals and therapy plans based on each child's developmental and communication needs.
- Conduct and prepare comprehensive assessment and progress reports, documenting clinical observations, assessment findings, therapy goals, intervention plans and recommendations.
- Communicate assessment findings and intervention recommendations effectively with parents and the multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and parents.
- Guide parents regarding appropriate home-based communication strategies and activities to promote carry-over of therapy goals into daily life.
- Monitor children's progress and modify intervention goals and strategies as required.
- Participate in team reviews, case discussions and professional development activities.
- Follow Autism Alliance's standardized integrated therapy protocols and parent-inclusive intervention model.
