As our plant operations continue to grow, we are strengthening our Plant HR team and looking for an experienced professional who can take ownership of labour recruitment and manpower availability at our Supa Plant.
About the Role
We are looking for a Labour Recruitment Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the availability of skilled and unskilled labour as per the plant's manpower requirements.
This is a field-oriented recruitment role that requires strong local networking, regular market visits and the ability to connect with labour contractors, agents, villages, industrial areas and other manpower sources.
The person will play an important role in ensuring that plant operations have the required manpower on time.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3–7 years of experience in labour / blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong local network and knowledge of labour sourcing areas.
- Experience in recruiting skilled and unskilled workers.
- Good relationships with labour contractors and local manpower agents.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi.
- High energy, proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent manpower requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹57,767.09 per month
Work Location: In person
