Asian Quartz Pvt. Limited is looking for experienced Ball Mill Operators to manage and operate Primary & Secondary Ball Mill Circuits in a dry grinding mineral processing environment.
Experience Required: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operate and monitor Primary & Secondary Ball Mill circuits safely and efficiently.
✔ Maintain feed rates, mill performance, and product quality targets.
✔ Handle dynamic separators, ID fans, bucket elevators, screens, cyclones, baghouses, and pneumatic conveying systems.
✔ Monitor mill current, vibration, temperature, separator performance, and product fineness.
✔ Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
✔ Maintain shift logs and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
Technical Skills:
- Ball Mill Operation & Grinding Process Knowledge
- Separator RPM & Air Flow Control
- ID Fan & Damper Operation
- Cyclone & Baghouse System Handling
- Screening & Classification of Mineral Products
- Understanding of Particle Sizes (100–700 Micron, -100 Micron, -45 Micron, 500 Mesh, etc.)
- Troubleshooting of vibration, choking, leakage, and operational abnormalities
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma preferred. Experienced hands-on operators with relevant plant exposure may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Age: 30–45 Years
- Strong knowledge of dry grinding and powder classification systems
- Ability to work independently in shifts
- Safety-conscious and disciplined professional
