Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear for weddings, parties, festivals, and special occasions.
- Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain VM standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Coordinate with the inventory team and support daily store operations.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in ethnic wear, designer boutiques, or premium fashion retail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
