Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Follow up with student enquiries and leads
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors
- Schedule demo classes and counseling sessions
- Maintain enquiry records and front office activities
- Coordinate with the admissions and training teams
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and/or Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
