Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations & Floor Management
v Lead the daily floor operations, ensuring seamless transitions between the Retail section and the Beverage Bar.
v Act as the "Operations Leader" in the absence of the Café Manager, taking full responsibility for opening/closing procedures.
v Ensure all POS / ERP transactions are accurate and daily reports are submitted on time.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
v Drive the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets for both retail products (tablets, gift boxes) and beverage bar offerings.
v Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies (e.g., suggesting the perfect chocolate pairing for a beverage).
v Monitor stock levels and ensure the retail shelves are always "full and fresh."
3. Customer Experience & Hospitality
v Maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
v Resolve guest feedback or complaints on the spot with a "service-first" mindset.
v Ensure the beverage bar serves products that strictly adhere to Manam’s quality and presentation standards.
4. Hygiene, Health & Safety
v Uphold gold-standard cleanliness and hygiene; the Café must be "inspection-ready" at all times.
v Enforce strict Health & Safety protocols, ensuring food handling and storage comply with regulations.
v Conduct daily walkthroughs to audit the physical condition of the Café.
5. SOPs, Checklists & Training
v Ensure 100% adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and completion of all Daily/Weekly Checklists.
v Assist in training new team members on product knowledge, brewing techniques, and retail storytelling.
v Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on targets and special tasks for the day
Success Indicators:
v Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals for KC.
v Audit Scores: High ratings on internal hygiene and SOP compliance audits.
v Team Retention: Maintaining a motivated team with low turnover through effective coaching.
Key Skills:
v Skills: Strong understanding of operations and retail inventory management.
v The "Detail" Gene: You notice the smudged glass or the slightly off-center label immediately.
v People Skills: Ability to motivate a young, fast-paced team while keeping a smile for the customers.
Education/ Qualification:
v Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
v 5- 8 years in specialty coffee, premium retail, or QSR management. Experience in a dual retail/cafe environment is a huge plus.
