Team Profile:
Alvarez & Marsal's Business Transformation Services Practice (BTS) works with Corporate, Private Equity and Banks.
Services include business assessment, performance improvement and corporate transformation across sectors. Our senior leaders also take up Interim Leadership (CEO, CFO, COO) positions and run day-to- day operations of the client. We work with leading Corporates and private equity to improve the company's performance in areas including Revenues, Manufacturing Efficiencies, Sourcing & Supply Chaim Optimization etc., leading to EBITDA growth.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery/execution: Working with senior client professionals to design solutions applicable to client's problem statement and manage the delivery of modules, risk, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. Target and quantify the value of an operations transformation opportunity, work on creating a point of view that can be presented to the C-suite and drive targeted improvement.

Business Development: Support on business development opportunities and preparation of the proposal documents

Domain Development: Contribute to the firm's domain development initiatives. Support in development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
Qualifications:

10-15 years of consulting/ Industry Experience. Full time MBA
Experience:
Required:

Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (functional role in manufacturing, planning & sourcing)

Driving EBITDA improvement and operational performance initiatives

Delivering cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence projects

Proven client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred:

Must have experience in working on different areas of Supply Chain- (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics)

Working closely with CXOs and leadership teams to implement strategic transformation, Managing high-impact, client-facing engagements (Preferable , but not Mandatory)

In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: listed - Automotive, Metals and Mining, Consumer Products, Diversified Industrial Products etc

Demonstrated expertise in more than one of the following Supply Chain areas:Manufacturing excellence- Throughput, Maintenance, Quality, Cost reduction, Best practice management, Digital IoTPlanning- Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning (desirable)
