Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil construction and site execution activities.
- Monitor construction work to ensure it follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project schedules, quantities and site requirements.
- Review BOQs, measurements and contractor bills.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.
- Maintain daily site reports, records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement and timely availability of construction materials.
- Travel to project sites in Nagpur, Hyderabad and other locations as required.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.
- Understanding of RCC, structural work, masonry, finishing and other civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong site-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be ready to travel for project requirements.
- Valid driving licence and two-wheeler would be an advantage.

We are looking for a responsible, technically strong and hands-on Civil Engineer who can independently coordinate site activities, contractors and consultants and ensure projects are completed with good quality and within schedule.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
