e are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scrub Nurse to join our Operation Theatre (OT) team at our Bachupally, Hyderabad facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surgical environments and a strong understanding of infection control, aseptic techniques, and teamwork in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and handling sterile instruments and supplies
- Maintain a sterile environment in the OT and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Arrange and pass surgical instruments, sutures, and medical supplies during operations
- Ensure proper sterilization and safe handling of all surgical equipment
- Monitor patient care throughout the surgical process (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team to ensure smooth workflow
- Accurately document surgical procedures and maintain detailed records
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniques
- Strong understanding of patient safety and infection control practices
- Ability to manage high-stress and emergency situations in the OT
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
