We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to drive the execution,
monitoring, and operational delivery of our expanding portfolio of high-scale international projects and
platforms. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day Agile workflows, maintain comprehensive project
tracking systems, and ensure seamless task alignment across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will focus on the tactical execution of the project lifecycle—supporting end-to-end sprint
management, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project documentation. This is a critical role designed
for a professional with a solid grasp of technical lifecycles looking to scale their capabilities in task
management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Tracking & PMO Delivery Support: Coordinate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
across multiple concurrent international projects. Track day-to-day project schedules, execution milestones,
and delivery roadmaps closely.
Agile Execution & Ceremonies: Facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint
Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Organize project tasks, assign action items, and manage
workflows within Jira.
Risk & Dependency Management: Actively monitor and update project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions,
Issues, and Dependencies). Identify operational bottlenecks, resource constraints, and scope variances
early to prevent delivery delays.
Project Documentation: Maintain structured and well-organized project documentation, meeting minutes,
and project files to ensure absolute clarity of project scope and execution history.
Stakeholder Liaison & Workflows: Coordinate communication paths across engineering, testing, and
business teams spanning multiple international geographies to streamline review processes and shorten
turnaround times.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Document active team workflows to target performance inefficiencies,
helping eliminate structural bottlenecks and maximize resource utilization.
QUALIFICATIONS & CORE SKILLS
Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in project coordination, project administration,
or PMO support roles within tech, delivery, or complex operational environments.
Methodologies & Frameworks: Foundational mastery of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with a clear
understanding of sequential lifecycle phases (SDLC).
Task & Documentation Management: High proficiency in managing task boards, documenting change
requests, and maintaining structured project spaces.
Communication & Cross-Border Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written articulation skills.
Comfortable interacting across multicultural engineering environments and managing cross-functional
context changes.
CORE COMPETENCIES & LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
Ability to drive consensus, foster team accountability, and keep diverse engineering and business units aligned
toward shared project milestones.
Proactive Problem Solving & Initiative
Demonstrates strong ownership over project tasks, anticipates potential bottlenecks, and acts early to find
solutions without needing constant direction.
Effective Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Possesses a strong professional presence to interact effectively with internal leadership, maintaining reliable
communication lines and driving project momentum.
